A commercial dispute is a generally a dispute between two or more parties with common business interest. Examples include, but are not limited to, ownership, contract, property, employment, building, debt and conduct disputes.
What is commercial litigation?
Commercial litigation is the process of resolving commercial disputes through court systems and / or alternative dispute resolution mechanisms. Alternative dispute resolution includes, but not limited to, negotiated outcomes, mediation, expert determinations and commissions of inquiry.
